Looking to overcome a huge height disadvantage, the Indians came out firing from long range, taking 6 three point shots in the first 8 minutes. The host Vikings withstood the barrage and exited the quarter up 17 to 9.

teams put up identical 14 point quarters, with HN aided by a rare 5 point play. The half closed with the Vikings ahead 45 to 37. 

Quarter three gave the fans another round of "twinning", ss both teams put up another 14 points, taking the game into the final quarter with HN up 45 to 37

The final 8 minutes saw Mississinewa pull out all the stops, going with a full court press, in an attempt to rally.

The Indians closed the gap to 4 points, midway through the quarter, but couldn't get any closer.

Vikings win 56 to 50.

HN improves to 1-1 on the season. Mississinewa falls to 0-1
