The Norwell standout takes it to the next level continuing her education and playing softball.
Raygan Williams, the daughter of Pat and Cami Williams, will be attending Glen Oaks Community College.
The Norwell High School senior will be majoring in nursing, with a goal of becoming a traveling ER Nurse, while playing softball for Vikings.
During her time at Norwell, Raygan was also member of the Knight volleyball squad, earning Academic All-State honors in 2020.
Her softball accolades are highlighted by a 2nd Team All-Conference selection in 2019.
Off the court and filed, Williams has been selected to the High Honor Roll each year and likes to read, write, and study forensics.
She enjoys the pre-game dance parties with her travel softball teammates and the team bonding activities of going to haunted houses, spending the night at each other’s houses and dinners with the coach, that have accompanied her Norwell softball career.
Inspired by her family and friends who constantly push her to achieve her dreams, Raygan also fuels her competitive fire with the doubts of those “who tell me I can’t…so I can prove them wrong”.
Glen Oaks Community College is located in Centreville, Michigan, approximately 30 miles west of Coldwater.
The Viking athletic teams are member of the Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA) and the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).
