Norwell held their annual Spring FFA Banquet for 2022-2023. The banquet is held to recognize and award FFA members and those in the community who have supported the FFA. The high school members are offered the opportunity to be apart of teams and go to competitions like soil judging, small engines, livestock judging and welding just to name a few. Members are awarded for being the most active to those who have placed in events in a variety of agricultural categories on the chapter level to the state level.
Mr. Kyle Bailey is the teacher and Chapter Advisor to the FFA members. He takes pride in his team and their abilities. He also has an Advisory Board that is made up of supporters from the community. The young FFA members took time to honor them and some others in the community who have made an impacts on the Chapter. Rick Johnloz was there to award scholarships to 4 of the seniors who stood out over the year. The Reeds were there to honor Heath Bumgarner and the Krinn’s were there to honor Kane Krinn A special gift was given to the Gabe Norris family in honor of his friendship and the family’s support of the FFA over the years.
